Scope Miami

I am fascinated by the application of video onto the physical world and have been an early adopter of projection mapping since 2010. Coming first from abstract painting my practice has evolved to include video paintings, video sculpture, video art, installations and photography. As I travel I find compelling locations to create improvised pop-up projection installations for photographic artworks and as background research into future gallery works. I am heavily influenced by my work as a VJ. My aesthetic was forged at festivals and late night dancehalls.  My work was recently shown at Scope Miami, World Bank Headquarters (DC) , 5-50 Gallery, Wallplay and Spring Break Art Fair. I have been featured on ArtNet, Art News, Hyperallergic, Vernissage TV, WNYC, and the Miami New Times. BFA: School of Visual Arts
